Playing in the leaves

Friday was a beautiful day so we took a walk and raked some of the leaves in our front yard. You can tell I have lived in Florida for a long time, because I still enjoy raking leaves. Trying to stuff them in the bags, though, is not my favorite part. The yard looked nice and green for...maybe two hours until the wind kicked up and blew more yellow leaves off our trees and covered the lawn again. Definitely more raking in our future.


Yes, Rylan is now 3 years old as he lies on a bed of leaves.

"Oh my goodness, I am sitting in leaves!"

I guess this isn't such a bad place to hang out.
